Website Privacy Policy

Draft — not yet reviewed
This wording is a working draft and has not been checked by anyone qualified to check it. Do not rely on it, and do not link an app store listing to it until it has been reviewed.
This policy covers wynyardgrovelabs.com, the Wynyard Grove Labs website. Each of our apps has its own policy, linked from the privacy index.
The short version
This website does not collect personal information about you. There are no accounts, no cookies set by us, no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers and no third-party embeds. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
What we collect
Nothing you type. There are no forms on this site. If you contact us, you do so from your own email client, and we hold that email the way any recipient holds an email.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
Cookies
We set no cookies. We use no local storage for tracking. The only browser storage the site uses is a scroll position, kept so that pressing Back returns you to where you were.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests in order to serve pages and provides the network protection described above. No other third party receives data as a result of your visit.
Data retention
We hold no personal data from your visit, so there is nothing for us to retain. Hosting logs are retained by our provider under their own retention schedule.
Children
This website is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, data protection law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability over personal data held about you. Because this site holds no personal data, there is usually nothing to act on — but if you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.
You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date shown at the top of the page. The URL will not change.
